<p>First I would like to thank you for visiting my website and for your interest in utilizing my services.</p>
<p>In order to provide you with some information in regards to my personality and qualifications, I would like to tell you a bit about myself.  My name is Benjamin Harris, but friends and family call me Ben.  I was born and raised in Pensacola on the West Side of town in an area called Warrington.  I met my wife in Pensacola and we are now raising our son in this same great city where we both grew up.  Being around water as a kid allowed me the opportunity to learn sailing when my father taught me the enjoyment of hoisting sails at an early age; an enjoyment I have passed on to my own son.  We sail the beautiful Pensacola Bay and Intracoastal Waterway every opportunity we get.  My love for Pensacola is what urged my interest in local real estate.  I truly enjoy assisting buyers and sellers as they navigate the process of a purchase or a sale. Though I enjoy assisting buyers and sellers with all forms of local real estate, I believe it is my unique sailing perspective that allows me to assist both buyers and sellers of waterfront property, especially those who boat, in a way which they may otherwise not obtain.  I study NOAA charts of our region and have first hand knowledge of local water depth and bridge heights; information that may not be useful to many, but can make or break a deal for a boater.  I am Rational Realty, LLC&#8217;s Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Instructor.  I have earned both an Associate of Science and Bachelor of Science in Management.  In addition, I have earned achievement certificates for additional studies in Organizational Behavior, International Business Management, and Management Information Systems, as well as hold diplomas for completing studies in Real Estate Investment Finance and Real Estate Brokerage Management.
